When I started my career, a lot of my work revolved around supporting clients, managing tasks, handling calendars and making sure things got done.

Today, working in the CEO’s office has given me a completely different perspective.

I’ve started understanding that executive support isn’t simply about completing tasks.

It is about understanding priorities.

Anticipating requirements.

Coordinating with different peoples & authorities.

Following up at the right time.

And sometimes, solving a problem before it becomes one.

My MBA gave me concepts.

My previous experience gave me execution skills.

My current role is teaching me how businesses actually operate.

Still learning. Still improving. And looking forward to what comes next.

Every role teaches you something. The key is to recognize what it is.
