Technical Training Head

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Training Head to lead our training initiatives at iHUB. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise and hands-on experience in a variety of technical domains, including Full Stack Development (MERN, MEAN, Flutter), AI/Gen AI/Prompt Engineering, Digital Marketing, Low Code/No Code Development (Flutter Flow, Webflow, Bubble, Framer), UI/UX (Figma), WordPress Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analysis. This role will involve working closely with project managers and department heads to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with iHUB’s technological objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic training roadmap to enhance technical skills across multiple disciplines including Full Stack Development, AI/Gen AI, Digital Marketing, Low Code/No Code, UI/UX, WordPress, Data Science, and Data Analysis.
Design and deliver training programs that cater to various skill levels and learning styles, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create hands-on workshops, seminars, and online courses that foster practical learning experiences.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.
Mentor and coach junior trainers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously update training content and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in training and development are advantageous.
Proven experience (10-15 years) in technical training, with hands-on expertise in Full Stack Development (MERN, MEAN, Flutter), AI/Gen AI/Prompt Engineering, Digital Marketing, Low Code/No Code Development (Flutter Flow, Webflow, Bubble, Framer), UI/UX (Figma), WordPress Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analysis.
Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse technical audiences.
Leadership qualities with the ability to lead and inspire a team of trainers and technical professionals.
Proven track record in designing and delivering effective technical training programs that drive skill development and innovation..
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM).
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices across multiple technical domains.
