Position Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with strong proficiency in Figma to join our product office team. The ideal candidate will work closely under the guidance of project managers to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and iterate on design solutions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s branding and design guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user experience principles, and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
