Overview: As a Dance Master at SNS Media House, you will play a pivotal role in choreographing dance routines, training dancers, and ensuring the artistic quality and precision of dance performances across various media productions. This role requires creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of various dance styles and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Choreography: Create and choreograph dance routines for various projects, including films, television shows, music videos, and live performances.
• Training and Rehearsals: Conduct dance rehearsals, workshops, and training sessions to develop dancers’ skills and ensure synchronization and coordination.
• Performance Oversight: Oversee dance performances during rehearsals and productions, providing feedback and adjustments to enhance artistic expression and technical proficiency.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with directors, producers, music composers, and costume designers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing dance sequences that align with the overall production’s theme and narrative.
• Dance Styles: Expertise in multiple dance styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, classical, folk, and cultural dances, adapting choreography to suit the genre and context of each project.
• Audition Coordination: Coordinate auditions and casting sessions to select dancers for specific roles or performances.
• Budget Management: Manage dance-related budgets, including costume, props, and rehearsal space costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of dancers during rehearsals and performances, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Dance Master, Choreographer, or similar role in dance production or entertainment industry.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in various dance styles and techniques, with a portfolio demonstrating creative choreography and artistic vision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire dancers and collaborate effectively with creative teams.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of dance performances.
• Passion for dance and commitment to maintaining high standards of artistic excellence and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in specific dance styles are a plus.
