A National Conference titled "Innovative management practices for sustainable development and global competitiveness" was organized by the Department of Management Studies at SNS College of Engineering, Coimbatore. The conference had two distinguished resource persons, Dr. M. Thenmozhi, a Professor from IIT Madras, and Dr. S. Vasantha, a Professor from Vel's University, Chennai, who delivered the keynote speeches. The conference received 77 research articles in six different tracks including Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Analytics, Operations, and Entrepreneurship, from various academicians and research scholars.
